AKINBANJO JAMES .A - Managing Director

MR. AKINBANJO JAMES AKINNIYI holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Lagos. His experience in this industry started when he first worked with TOSIN ELECTRONICS & COMMUNICATIONS LTD where he doubled as the Accounts Officer/Import Officer.

He joined EASY EMPEROR AGENCIES LTD (then Bax Global’s agent in Nigeria) as an Account Officer in 1994. Due to his loyalty, dedication and ability for efficient and effective on the job training, he was appointed the PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR. Being a fast learner, Mr. Akinbanjo James gained more experience in the freight industry when he was at this post. All reports to & from the Managing Director passed through him and this made him to have a practical experience of both the Operational and Marketing aspect of the industry. He performed excellently well in this post to the admiration of the management that he was later appointed the CARGO DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, the post he held till he pulled-out of the organization in year 2000.

Today, Mr. Akinbanjo James Akinniyi is the Managing Director of Franc Universal Freight Systems Ltd; a post he has held since incorporation. His managerial experience and expertise in every areas of the freight forwarding industry put in use has made Franc Universal Freight Systems Ltd to have a unique difference.

AKANDE .A. AKINYELE - Director of Operations

MR. AKANDE ABEL AKINYELE holds a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Dele College of Technology in 1988 and Advanced Diploma in Aviation Cargo, travel and tour Management from Nigerian College of Aviation Technology Lagos, Nigeria in 1991.
He later joined EASY EMPEROR AGENCIES LTD (Then sole representative of Burlington Air Express but now Bax Global) as Import and Export Officer in 1992. The position he held till August 2002.

MR. AKANDE has more than ten years working experience in Aviation industry both in documentation and fieldwork. He was in charge of Import and Export Supervision before he resigned his appointment without blemish in August 2002.

Currently, Mr. Akande Abel is the Director of Operations (Sea & Air) of Franc Universal Freight Systems Ltd in Nigeria.

DAVE BAMISAYE - Director of Finance/Admin.

MR. DAVE BAMISAYE is a graduate of Yaba College of Technology, an Accountant by profession for over 12 years having various working experience from Auditing Firm to Freight Forwarding Industry.

He had a wide experience in the Transportation industry. He joined OWENA MASS TRANSPORTATION COMPANY; A State Government owned transportation a haulage company, as an Audit Officer in the Audit Department of the company in 1992.

He later joined S.O. AJEIGBE & CO., an Audit Firm, and worked briefly as an Audit Trainee before he left to join EASY EMPEROR AGENCIES LTD (Formerly BAX GLOBAL, NIGERIA) in 1996 as an Account Officer. Through sheer dedication and commitment, he rose through the ranks to become the Accountant/ Admin Manager of the company.

In 2002, he and three other young officers of the company resigned to float their own outfit, FRANC UNIVERSAL FREIGHT SERVICES LTD., and since then, he has been holding the position of Director of Finance and Administration.
